AUDIT

ATLAS AUDIT has provided audit services since 1993 and is member of the Czech Auditor Chamber. Our company has two auditors, four assistant experts and two assistants.
Our activities include audit procedures in big corporations and small companies with Czech and foreign ownership.
However, we do not focus on companies of just one size or industry. We are happy to work with any client searching for high-quality financial services – especially audit services.
In 1998, we expanded our portfolio to include services for the non-profit sector - municipalities, towns and subsidised organisations
such as assistance with projects co-funded from EU sources, municipal budget audits a NGO audits

OTHER AUDITOR SERVICES

Our other auditor services include audits of projects funded from EU sources or by Czech ministries.
Clients considering a business acquisition may use our due diligence services to determine all circumstances that might affect the purchase price.
In the area of forensic audit we focus primarily on identifying fraud and embezzlement.
Our merger and acquisition acquisition services include auditor collaboration as defined in the Commercial Code.

We offer complete tax and accounting services. Our company uses high-quality IT resources including sophisticated specialised software.
We provide complex double-entry accounting,tax records as well as tax and accounting consultancy services.
A whole special chapter of our portfolio is devoted to internal audit, stocktaking and circulation of accounting documents within an organisation.
We also help our clients develop signature rules and signature right systems.
